You may have heard through the media that the annual education funding we receive from the State of Illinois and Chicago Public Schools has not kept up with the rising cost of teacher salaries, textbooks, class supplies, employee benefits, student lunches, school maintenance, utilities and the other expenses necessary to operate a school.
